My Consultant once described Leo Tolstoy’s War and Peace (est 1440 pages) as a shorter read than my medical notes. Another surgeon compared the inside of my abdomen, from an alien scene in dr who, due to lesions and scar tissue.

From years of being undiagnosed or misdiagnosed, being a patient of both the nHS, and at times the private health system. having had Over 11 operations (yes, i lost count), various treatments, hospital stays and diagnosis. I now have to live with the long term impact of my health conditions and accept/ progress life being disabled. Using this blog as part of my journey.
